Job Title: Executive-Accountant

Job Summary: The Executive-Accountant will be responsible to manage Bank Reconciliation’s for property sales and other related business. Must be capable of performing duties with limited supervision. This role requires candidates with hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Qracle + Yardi). This would work within the treasury team overseeing treasury and insurance in accordance to department timelines and company policy and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Satements ( BRS ) for all the accounts across the group.
Intimate / Follow up with the respective AR/AP teams for the pending entries in the BRS
Liaise with the banks for any transaction related queries
Opening Escrow accounts and arranging bank guarantees
Arranging Letter of Credits for suppliers
