Shamal Travels is looking for a transport coordinator. Candidate will be required to work the Car Rental business ensuring delivery of vehicles around Mauritius. Ensure chauffeur duties when needed with regards to airport transfers (Even after hours). Ensure driver and messenger duties at the office.
-Academic Qualifications (SC Minimum)
-At least 5 years driving experience
-Can understand and speak English & French
-Young Dynamic and able to work in a challenging work environment
-Residing in the region of Plaine Wilhems or Moka
- Must be well groomed at all times.
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ODD HOURS & WEEKENDS
-Candidates will be required to : Open & Close Office, Assist Staffs, All Driving Duties (Including pick ups/drop offs, Banking, Documents Movements, Chauffeur Duties, Airport Pick Ups & Drop Offs of clients and any other assigned tasks)
- Candidate will have duty to maintain and clean vehicles under his/her responsibility
- Coordinate service and maintenance schedules for vehicles
- Pick Ups and Drop Offs of Cars for clients (Car Rental)
- Assist with office duties when required
