| - Develop and maintain process and procedures for Training and Development section. - Develop training materials, forms, templates and e-learning contents and courses - Act as a first point of contact for delegates, trainers and training providers, answering queries on course bookings and logistics. - Plan, process and administer all training requests and events (individual, group and in-house) providing efficient provision of logistical and administrative support. - Arrange training and development appointments, events, meetings and enrollment in conjunction with the Head of Departments. - Administer employees' training attendance, training feedback/evaluations, exams/assessments and training certificates. - Maintain training and development quality while selecting cost-effective training and development solutions for the organisation. - Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) based on performance management. - Support all DMCC Joint Venture in all training services. - Arrange finance-related and procurement-related documents and approvals; i.e. justification forms, purchase order, contract approval, invoice approval, expense claims and reimbursement claims. - Assist with budget administration including recording and reporting. - Conduct research assignments and data analysis, prepare recommendations and provide various reports as and when required. - Maintain up to date records and contacts databases.
Academic Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or Psychology CIPD or SHRM preferred
Knowledge and Skills: 5-10 years of Human Resource development Training and development management Advanced user of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point) Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills (verbal and written), Time Management, Technical Learning and Knowledge Language: English is a must, additional: Arabic is preferred
