  • The position is responsible for site checks prior to design and designing the entire package for the outlet.
  • BOQ preparation and coordination with Project execution and MEP designers.
  • The position is responsible to control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure proper set-up as per the approval from the Brand Principal.
  • Manage the assigned projects of the brands and ensure precise planning of the store layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the design teams to generate designs, develop and produce concepts and graphics to communicate projects to the project manager through designs and presentations.
  • Preparation of 3D visualization. Understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphical representation. This may involve reproducing the concept into a graphical form, or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphical form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.
  • Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery.
  • Develop and maintain a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.
  • Assist the wider teams in refining workflows as well as supporting and training architectural and landscape staff to refine visuals as an integrated element of the design process.
  • Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.
  • Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
  • Responsible to thoroughly understand the requirement of the brand principal and work-out the projects within the defined budgets.
  • Responsible for all the tasks of the projects for the assigned brands and ensure that team members have the tools needed to perform the tasks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives with the brand principals and the brand team.
  • Track progress and review project tasks to make sure certain deadlines are met appropriately.
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
  • Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to the top management.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with all the brand principals, keeping their needs and requirements continuously in view.
  • Travel to the stores as and when required for regular inspections and work-outs.
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews and release planning, demos and other projects related meetings
  • Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritizing, team accountability and visibility.
  • Manage Team – ensure that daily, sprint and release commitments are  being upheld.
  • Coordinating MEP and Interior fit-out at site.
  • Follow-ups with project authority approval with all related parties as per project requirements.
  • Promoting QHSE compliance at every opportunity.
  • Coordinating personnel & managing contractors.
  • Promptly escalating any quality or integrity issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises and escalating appropriately as needed.
  • Maintain timelines and target dates.
