Summary

As an Engineering Team Leader at Andaz Dubai The Palm, you will have an opportunity to operate best in class of hotel plants and machinery at highest efficiency by implementing aggressive preventive maintenance plan. 

You will have to ensure that you role model to train and supervise the team members to handle the equipment with complete care, and safe procedures as the only way of operating. 

You will understand how the different components of a system interconnect and behave over time, and help make sense out of complexity by simplifying the process to ensure that Andaz Dubai The Palm is positioned as the most preferred destination, by contributing to create memorable experiences for all our guests.
