Pre-requisite skills & training:
- Minimum 5 years exp. in handling the sales of Power systems, viz. UPS, Generators, Data Centre.
- Hands on experience with at least 3 manufacturers.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the sales and marketing of the Power Systems Division.
- Ensure achievement of individual Sales Target.
- Establish contact with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Get products and systems specified by consultants.
- Resolve client complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor client preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Suggest competitive proposals to the clients’ standard.
- Coordinate with local and foreign vendors for the best terms & conditions.
- Manage detailed sales and marketing trends.
- Provide detailed timely status reporting as required by the management.
- Manage client, vendor and technology relationships.
- Search & identify new products & systems for the company’s growth & diversification.
- Be responsible for building a good sales team and ensuring team performance.
- Additional duties as and when assigned.
